Reservation Policies

Cancellation Policy: We are a small business and cancellations greatly affect us. If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival there will be a $50 charge per cabin. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the dates.  Reservations during holidays, special events or are longer than four days are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the dates cancelled.

General Policies and Information:

• Rates shown are per night.
• 50% of your reservation will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining portion the day of arrival.  However if when making your reservation it is within 30 days the full amount will be charged,
• Note there is a 12% Anchorage bed tax.
• Additional guests in the cabin are $25 per person.
• Smoking is not allowed in the cabin.
• No animals allowed
• Check In: 3:00 p.m.
• Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
